What is our service?
Having full, detailed
construction drawings prepared for your proposals is important whether you
are adding a simple single storey extension to your kitchen through to
something more ambitious.

detailed plans will help you to submit your proposals to the local
Council for planning permission and building regulation approvals and
to builders for obtaining competitive and reliable quotes. The more
you and others are sure of what is entailed the more you can be sure of
how much it will cost you, in time and stress as well as money!.
I
will undertake a measured survey of your property (if applicable),
discuss with you your requirements and ideas, prepare detailed drawings
and then, once the plans are approved, make a submission to the
Councils planning department and obtain building control approval as
required.

informed of the progress made towards approval.
